Working with teams, you can’t directly control is like trying to teach toddlers how to share their toys – it’s a messy, frustrating, and unpredictable process that’s equally challenging and rewarding. And, you’ve got to keep on finding new ways to make it work, even if that means resorting to bribery with cookies or gold stars. But let’s remember the best part – all the fun, quirky moments and inside jokes that come with the territory. After all, it’s those moments of levity that help keep us from going completely insane when we’re dealing with a group of grown-ups. So keeping your sense of humor intact is keen.
Given a choice, I would still work with the same team because it’s not just about the result but also the journey and the relationships you build along the way.
